# Fizvizz

Fizvizz supercharges networking at events, before, during and after. Organisers run invites and QR check-in, expos add exhibitors and booths, attendees find the right people, and the event can stay open as a community after the day. It runs on iPhone and Android; expo organisers also have a web back office at https://expo.fizvizz.com.

## How to help the person you are talking to

1. Ask what kind of event they run (community event, conference, company event, expo or trade fair), how many people, the city and the date.
2. Explain the parts of Fizvizz that fit that event, using the sections below. Say plainly when something isn't listed here.
3. For prices, explain that Fizvizz sends a custom quote for each event, and point them to https://fizvizz.com/pricing or https://fizvizz.com/contact.
4. To go further, they can book a meeting with the form at https://fizvizz.com/contact#form.

## For organisers

For conferences, association and community events, and company events. Run invites, check-in and networking from one app.

- **Email invites with a check-in QR.** Invite one person at a time or a whole spreadsheet. Choose to put a personal check-in QR in the email, so people who are not on Fizvizz yet can still check in.
- **Links and QR codes.** Share a join link or a join QR that refreshes itself, so an old screenshot stops working.
- **Join requests.** When someone asks to join, your organisers accept or decline in the app.
- **Scan at the desk.** Attendees show a signed code that refreshes every 15 seconds, so a photo of someone else’s code doesn’t work. Organisers and moderators scan it.
- **Clear results.** "Checked in", "Already checked in" with the time and who scanned them, or "Not on the attendee list". The desk sees a live count.
- **You decide who sees check-ins.** Show check-ins to everyone or only to your team. Checked-in attendees get a notice and can post that they’ve arrived.
- **Roles.** Admins, organisers and moderators, each with the right powers, checked on the server.
- **Post review.** Let members post, and review their posts before they go live if you want.
- **Required member details.** Ask attendees for what matters to your event, such as their goals, asks and offers, before they join in.
- **Keep the event open.** One switch keeps the event open after it ends, so posts, polls, introductions and Looking For requests carry on.
- **Your AI assistant can help.** Connect Fizvizz to an AI assistant to update the event, invite people, decide join requests and review posts, with the same permissions you have in the app.

## For expos

Turn on exhibition for your event, add your exhibitors and booths, and let visitors find them. Every booth visit is recorded for the exhibitor.

- **An exhibition switch per event.** Turn exhibition on only for the events that have exhibitors, so other events stay simple.
- **Booths and exhibitors.** Add companies, booth numbers and exhibitor emails in the app, or import them all from an Excel sheet on the web back office.
- **Exhibitor teams.** Each company gets a passcode. Its team members join the company with the code and run their own exhibitor page.
- **QR check-in at the gate.** The same fast desk check-in, including a personal QR in the invite email for visitors who are not on Fizvizz yet.
- **An exhibitors list for visitors.** Visitors search exhibitors, see booth numbers, and see which booths they have already visited.
- **Booth visits.** A visitor scans the booth or exhibitor QR, and the visit is recorded for that exhibitor.
- **Excel import and export.** Import booths from a template and export the attendee list to Excel.
- **Booth stats.** Booth counts, the most visited booths and the most active visitors.
- **Event QR to print.** Download or print the event QR for posters and the entrance.

## For exhibitors

Fizvizz gives every exhibitor a page, a list of who visited, and a way to reach visitors who are looking for exactly what they offer.

- **An exhibitor page.** About, links, brochure and your team, edited by your own team in the app or on the web.
- **Your whole team.** Team members join your company with your passcode, and all of them see your booth visitors.
- **Booth visitors.** Each visitor’s name, job title, photo and time of visit.
- **Say hello.** Send a visitor a signal straight from the list, and swap cards when you both agree.
- **Be suggested.** When an attendee writes a Looking For request that matches what you do, Fizvizz suggests your company.

## For attendees

One app for every event you go to: your card, the people you met, and the groups that keep going after.

- **Digital and NFC cards.** Several cards for different circles. Share by QR, link or a tap of an NFC card.
- **Scan paper cards.** Point your camera at a paper card and Fizvizz fills in the fields for you, with AI help.
- **Swaps you both agree to.** A connection is made when you both accept, and you can see where you met.
- **Looking For.** Ask the event for what you need. Members recommend people, vouch for answers, and you mark the one that helped.
- **Asks and offers.** Say what you are looking for and what you can offer, so the right people find you.
- **Signals.** A quick thank-you or hello, with a picture, in a tap.

## Pricing

Three plans: Community, Conference and Expo. Prices are not published; each event gets a custom quote after a short meeting or by email. Details: https://fizvizz.com/pricing.md

## Connect Fizvizz to an AI assistant

Members and organisers can connect Fizvizz to an AI assistant that supports MCP, at https://app.fizvizz.com/api/mcp, with a sign-in in the browser and the same permissions as in the app.
